HOW TO ENTER 1.Instructions on how to claim form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised. 2. Claims are only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister or 1st cousin. 3. Promotion commences on 01.1.09 and ends on 30.04.2009 (“Promotional Period”). Vouchers must be sent to Brilliant Prints for redemption before close of business on 15.05.09. 4.To be eligible to claim a Brilliant Print voucher individuals must purchase any Olympus E-30 Body or E-30 Kits from any participating retailers in NSW, VIC, ACT, SA, NT, WA or QLD between 01/1/09 and close of business on 30.04.09. 5. Items must be purchased (not invoiced) during the promotional period. 6. Limit of one (1) voucher per camera purchased and three (3) vouchers per person. 7. Individuals must then send the voucher and a copy of their proof of purchase to Brilliant Prints between 01/1/2009 and close of business 15/05/2009 to redeem the voucher.No voucher will be honoured after this date. 8.Vouchers must be redeemed in full in one transaction, i.e. no change or credit will be given if a voucher is only partially redeemed. 9. No responsibility will be accepted for late or lost vouchers. 10 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The claimant agrees that if they have redeemed the voucher, they will pay back the Promoter the amount of the voucher, if they subsequently return the camera to the place of purchase and seek a refund under any returns policy that the relevant store may have.11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant. 12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 13. Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable. 14. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of property); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) participation in the offer. 15.The Promoter is Olympus Imaging Australia Pty Ltd of Ground Floor, 82 Waterloo Rd, North Ryde NSW 2113.
